To create an account, you need to click on the icon at the top right and proceed by clicking on “Register”. By entering all the data necessary for registration you will then receive a confirmation email.

When you create an account on our site, you earn points with each order.


You can register from the appropriate box on the homepage of the site. Subscription to the newsletter does not involve the creation of a profile on our site. You will regularly receive useful advice, on lifestyle, nutrition, offers and many discounts.

When you leave your email in the registration box you will receive a confirmation email, and you will be provided with the discount code later.

You can cancel it by simply scrolling to the bottom of the emails and you will find the unsubscribe link. If you still receive our emails, please contact us, asking you to unsubscribe for yourself. Doing so will remove you from our mailing list.

Once you have opened the cart click on “go to checkout” and the check out screen will open, you can enter your discount code in the dedicated space “insert coupon”.


The working day after completing the order you will receive an email confirming the departure of the package directly from our courier with tracking to follow your package. In periods of greater influx of orders it may take additional hours for the entrustment of the package to the courier.

Your order is shipped from Italy, delivery times are generally 24/48 hours from when the package is entrusted to the courier. In particular, for shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia from 48 to 72 working hours for delivery. As for the smaller islands and Venice lagoon, the timing is 6 working days.

If you have not received the email from the courier do not hesitate to contact us. The status of your package from the account will be “in progress” until it is delivered to you by the courier.

Sometimes it can happen that the package has been collected by a relative or neighbor. If not, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.

Change of address

We try to process your order as quickly as possible, so there is very little time to change the address. The best thing will be to simply contact us as soon as possible by email. If you have already received the courier’s email we can not do anything unfortunately, but we will try to solve your error in the best possible way.

Defective delivery

If unfortunately you have received the damaged products please contact us by email, with the following information: List of damaged products, photos of products received.

If you have received an incomplete shipment you should contact us by email telling us what are the missing products and the order number to which you refer.

In the rare event that you have received the wrong products, please contact us by email, so that we can resolve the issue immediately. We will need the following information: Clear photos of the wrong products reference order number.

Your order was shipped via amazon, which is why we do not have any delivery information. In this case, we recommend that you contact amazon customer service directly to find a solution with them.

Amazon customer service is at your disposal from Monday to Saturday, from 6.00 to 24.00 and on Sundays from 10.00 to 19.00.

The available payments are as follows: Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, PayPal, Cards (via nexi circuit), Apple pay, Scalapay.

If you are not sure if the payment was successful or that the order was placed, please contact us at info@nuvolazero.it and send us a screenshot of the payment. We will investigate as soon as possible.

If you contact us from Monday to Friday (from 9 am to 5 pm) it will be possible to cancel your order up to 30 minutes after completing it. To cancel an order call us immediately indicating the order number.

The discount coupons for most of the time can not be combined with other discounts on the site, for example on the boxes being already discounted to them it is not possible to accumulate further discount. They are also not cumulative with each other, so for each order it is possible to insert only one discount voucher.

Make sure you have carefully read the conditions of use of the discount voucher, check that you have not inserted the spaces between it or the product you have in the cart is discounted.
